However, we quickly identified a deeper issue: despite a recent visual refresh, the brand lacked a structured narrative. There was no defined positioning, no overarching storyline, and no unified language to communicate its core identity or visitor experience.<br \/><br \/>Before designing, we first needed to understand and clarify.<\/p><p>We worked closely with the organization to define the brand in words:<\/p><div class=\"contenu-cache\"><ul><li>Positioning<\/li><li>Verbal territory<\/li><li>Key messaging<\/li><li>Tagline<\/li><\/ul><p>This created the essential foundation needed to ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.<\/p><p>From there, we provided brand direction, translating strategic intent into a coherent visual expression.
